Some projects call for demolition. This one called for something rarer: reverence. We took a classic hillside Colonial and thoughtfully restored and expanded it, honoring its original bones while reimagining it entirely for modern California living. Throughout, craftsmanship is the constant: the millwork, the hardware, the material selections all speak to a standard of building that respects the home’s heritage while setting a new benchmark for it.
