Some projects are about square footage. This one was about family. We cleared away an aging garage and built something far more meaningful in its place. A 2,000 square foot structure with two thoughtfully crafted ADUs, built for a family with the foresight to plan ahead and the wisdom to age in place. Accessibility guided every decision, from doorways to the gentle flow between spaces, so comfort and independence could coexist at every stage of life. Clean lines keep the new construction in quiet conversation with the home and neighborhood it belongs to, honoring the original charm rather than competing with it.
