Contemporary Multifamily

Where a distressed single-family home once stood on a long, skinny lot, we saw an opportunity worth taking. We cleared the existing structure and reimagined the site entirely — designing a series of clean, modern buildings conceived as residences that take their form seriously. The minimalist aesthetic was deliberate; crisp white stucco planes, precisely proportioned vertical windows, and razor-clean rooflines speak a language of clarity and intention. Every shadow, every reveal, every material transition was considered as part of a cohesive composition. The design embraces its progressive, eclectic surroundings rather than competing with them — a modern counterpoint that fits naturally into the streetscape. These are spaces where design thinking is visible, where craft meets vision, and where a challenging site becomes a lasting part of the urban fabric.
